Description:The primary role of the Student Experience Manager is to evaluate and enhance the student dining experience across the District. This position will focus heavily on student interaction and lead the team on student surveys/feedback to constantly improve menu offerings and provide a student-focused experience in every kitchen across the district. This position will also assist in special projects; rolling out new concepts lines/marketing/action stations and drive a la carte sales. Responsibilities:
Student feedback/surveys
Assist with social media presence (pictures, videos, marketing)
Assist with caterings
A la Carte Enhancements (frozen yogurt implementation at High Schools, Coffee Bars,
menu option enhancements/pricing)
Special Projects (paninis, action stations)
Focus on reducing food cost and streamlining ordering processes across kitchens
Qualifications:
3 years of food service experience, school foodservice preferred
Knowledge of food and beverage typically seen in school foodservice operations
(compliance, standards, etc.)
Familiarity with the SBP and NSLP (compliance)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft: Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook
Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with other Managers, Directors,
