We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team specializing in B2B and C2C raw materials sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic industry with a focus on connecting businesses directly to source materials.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and develop new C2C (consumer-to-consumer) business opportunities in the raw materials sector.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, contributing to strategic planning initiatives.
- Attend industry trade shows and events to network and promote company offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B or C2C sales, preferably in raw materials or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
