Description

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists programs in meeting their goals as well supporting the quality and timeliness of compliance and data efforts.
  • Support programs with identifying and utilizing screening and/or assessment tools to track the impact of programming on children, youth, families, and communities. 
  • Assist staff and ensures agency Efforts-to-Outcomes (ETO) data system includes accurate and timely client-related process and outcome data.
  • Oversee data entry conducted by agency staff and others, including program personnel, and provide data entry support where needed.
  • Obtain missing and/or correct erroneous data from program operations administrators or their designee s; uphold data quality standards; and ensure staff is capturing required data.
  • Analyze and present program and outcomes data for internal and external audiences.
  • Build surveys and data entry forms in agency data system.
  • Produce/compile manuals for agency data systems and staff and train new staff on ETO data system.
  • Ensure compliance with program reporting requirements.
  • Provide data reports for agency use in grant and proposal writing, grant compliance reports and agency annual report.
  • Collaborate with Evaluation team to develop annual Program Evaluation Report.
  • Represent the agency in collaborative/collective impact initiatives as needed.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with the ETO data system experienced by agency staff.
  • Maintain data filing system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements

Education: 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Economics, Statistics, Public Health, Education, Social Work or other relevant field preferred.
  •  High School diploma required.

Experience:

  •  Working knowledge of Microsoft office products, especially Excel.
  •  Experience with administering databases, competency in Efforts-to-Outcomes software preferred.
  •  Experience in evaluation, research, and/or data collection techniques preferred.

Other:

  •  Sensitivity to cultural diversity is required. Ability to communicate and cooperate with diverse families, various professionals and community groups. 
  •  Excellent interpersonal, oral and writing skills.
  •  Self-motivated, detail oriented, independent work ethic.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  •  Competent in Microsoft Office tools and inputting services in an online database.
  •  Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time.
  •  Must be able to frequently move inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. 
  •  Occasionally ascends/descends stairs.
  •  At times may be required to lift up to 25 lbs. for various classrooms and events needs. 
  •  Frequently moves in outdoor weather conditions.
