Responsabilitie:
- The purpose of this team is the Azure AI Platform team.
- Key projects: This role will contribute to supporting the team with administrative tasks.
- Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:
- New hire onboarding
- Office set up
- Storage room clean up
- Equipment ordering
- Assist with moral event logistics
- Team support for two teams of total around 250 people
- No calendar support as of now but possibly in the future
- Minimum 2-3 year's experience with organization and on top of their work. They need to want to work fast and prioritize.
- Minimum 1 year's experience with customer service skills.
- Minimum 1-3 year's experience with Microsoft office suite.
