Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Personal Injury Paralegal located at our office in Las Vegas, NV. The Personal Injury Paralegal will be responsible for managing pre-litigation personal injury cases, drafting documents, submitting document requests, file management, managing subrogation matters, client communication, assisting with intakes, opening claims, case management, and disbursals. They will work closely with attorneys, clients, and insurance companies to ensure timely case progression and successful resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred
• At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal, with experience in personal injury law
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate confidently with clients and third parties
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Clio case management software preferred
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
