Position Title: Business Process Consultant (Peoplesoft Finance)

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates the OSCA business transformation, optimization, and onboarding to the Florida PALM Project.
• Works closely with the OSCA Project Director and project team members. The consultant will be responsible for aligning business processes and information technology.
• Makes recommendations on systems process analysis, design, and simulation.
• Must understand technical problems and solutions about the current and future business environment.
• Provides input and supports planning and prioritization for business process-related activities. Identifies processes for improvement, documents existing processes, identifies and analyzes gaps between current processes and the desired state, designs new processes, and plans the transition to a new process.
• Provides advice and leadership on future use of technology and business process improvements.
• Must demonstrate expertise in communications, planning, project management, process management, and business systems requirements definition.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• At least 7 years of functional experience with Peoplesoft Financials and 2 years experience in project management.
