- 6-month engagement with opportunity for extension or conversion to Full Time Employee (FTE) based on attendance and strong performance

- Candidates must be local to the St. Petersburg, FL office- training will be fully on-site (around 90 days) then will review potential transition to hybrid role in office 2 days per week

- Laptop will be provided

• Process IRS Forms W8-BEN and W8-BEN-E.

• Field incoming calls regarding various tax questions including IRS tax forms and tax reporting concepts

• Perform various duties as assigned

Must Haves - Hard Skills

• At least 1 year of experience working with a tax team or in a tax department

• At least 2 years of recent data entry and document management experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to review various organizational documents for clarity

• Customer service focused phone skills

• Basic Excel skills; must know how to do basic functions such as creating and updating a spreadsheet, entering data, adding / removing columns and rows, etc.
