Job Description:
Temporarily remote
Candidates will preferably be within 50 miles of the home office.
$17.46 (Monolingual); $18.46 (Bilingual)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and screen applications, and follow-up with customers to gather any missing information.
- Verify income, calculate income, determine eligibility and process case referrals.
- Interact with program participants on a regular, daily basis.
- May educate customers on basic program services and eligibility requirements.
- Work with customers to meet and achieve program goals and/or maintain program services and eligibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 0 - 2 years of experience.
- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.
- Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.
