Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Food Service Director to oversee our dining operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of food service, ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food service activities in compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards
- Manage food service staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation

-Food ordering, spoilage reports, and provide necessary financial reports
- Monitor and control food costs and inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors
- Implement strategies to achieve financial targets and operational goals

-Work closely with the Event Coordinator to ensure proper setup and coordination of staff

Requirements:
- Proven experience in food service management, culinary arts, or related field
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and catering operations
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team of kitchen staff
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
- Familiarity with dietary department operations and restaurant management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
