About us

We are a private, members-only golf, racquet sport, and social club located in Rogers, Arkansas. We currently operate four different F&B outlets: a full-service restaurant, a lounge / bar, full service events space, and a poolside cabana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the entire front of house operation
• Plan and activate the many spaces located on property to grow the business
• Supervise and train front-of-house staff
• Planning and ordering of all service needs, including alcohol, linens, soft drinks, etc
• Work with event coordinator in the growth of the events business
• Manage staff hiring and onboarding
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute club-wide events
• Ensure exceptional customer service from our team and satisfaction of our members
• Help ensure profitability through staffing and scheduling
• Creative oversight of drink menus and specials

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fine dining, fast casual, and bar management
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of event planning and execution
• Flexibility in working hours based on business needs
• Creative mindset for high-end member experience
• Ability to build rapport with a diverse membership core
