What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Office Front Desk position at Shallowford Smiles?
Shallowford Smiles is seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator with experience with Open Dental, TennCare and PPO insurance. This is a full time 4 days/week position. Candidates with 1-2 years of front office dental experience are preferred, and must have Tenncare experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients when they call or arrive at our office. Must have knowledge of insurance billing and insurance verification along with knowledge of all front desk operations. The right person will be dedicated, hardworking, and friendly with a positive, team oriented attitude.
