Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator/Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various heavy equipment operations and construction site work.

Duties:
- Operate a variety of equipment including backhoes, graders, bulldozers, and water trucks.
- Perform tasks such as digging, paving, grading, and horizontal drilling.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely.
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols on construction sites.

Experience:
- Three or more years of experience in operating heavy equipment
- Two years of crew leadership experience minimum.
- Must be able to calculate grades using a grade laser.
- Septic installation experienced applicants will be considered over others.

Applicants with a Class A CDL will be considered over other candidates.

Must be will to work overtime and Saturdays when needed.

Pass a drug screen and DOT physical for those with a CDL.

Provide three work-related referenced that will be contacted.
