Maintenance Technician
FIRST SHIFT
Shannondale of Maryville is seeking a Maintenance Technician. We currently have a great opportunity for one individual.
In this position, the successful candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks such as general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, grounds keeping, and general preventative maintenance duties.
Minimum qualifications for these positions include at least one year of maintenance work experience, a high school diploma and a valid TN driver's license. Experience working with facilities maintenance, HVAC and/or refrigeration is a plus.
