Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need of care.

Duties:
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Implement behavior management techniques for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Support residents' rights and independence
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with lifting and transferring individuals as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Requirements:
- Experience in social work or patient care preferred
- Ability to work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Knowledge of resident rights and dignity preservation
- Ability to lift and move individuals safely
- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring
- Nursing/ CNA background is a plus
- Strong cleaning skills

- Be able to make clients comfortable and build a trusting relationship

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
