The Human Resources Coordinator joins a forward-thinking HR team, providing professional human resources services and consultation for all Share Our Strength employees. The Coordinator’s scope of work is largely administrative applied across HR process and policy areas including benefits administration, recruitment, new hire onboarding, human resources compliance, policy development and administration, learning and development, and equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional eye for detail, experience in generating and maintaining reports in data systems, ease pivoting between administrative and personnel tasks, and ability to manage data, reconciliations, calendars, and optimizing the employee experience.
This position is based in Washington, DC and will require the candidate to be local to the Washington, DC area. This role is a hybrid position but requires a consistent presence in Headquarters (2 days per week). This position offers a range of $55k-$58k. Exact compensation within the stated salary range may vary based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
