This role is perfect for a strategic go-getter who is ready to take charge and drive our sales efforts to new heights within assigned states spanning both coasts.
Shared Medical Services is an Employee-Owned Company and a leading provider of advanced mobile imaging solutions, specializing in MRI, PET/CT, and CT systems. We are dedicated to enhancing patient care through cutting-edge technology and exceptional service across the nation.
Position will be remote with travel necessary for customer visits, industry events, and corporate & regional meetings. Must live within proximity of a major airport.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential customers in the healthcare industry, including IDN’s, hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Present and demonstrate our mobile MRI, PET/CT, and CT systems and solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Understand and address the unique needs and challenges of each customer.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to tailor solutions that meet market demands.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Act as an intrapreneur within the company, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to enhance our sales processes and offerings.
  • Leverage existing relationships within the industry to accelerate sales growth.
  • Manage and expand national sales efforts, with a focus on Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
  • Oversee operational aspects of sales, ensuring seamless implementation and delivery of mobile imaging solutions.
  • Provide ongoing customer support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Work closely with the customer service and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical imaging equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of MRI, PET/CT, and CT systems.
  • Experience with national sales and managing large accounts.
  • Familiarity with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and their operations.
  • Existing relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong operational and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer support.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet customers and attend industry events.
