Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 Years minimum in public accounting
- Certified Public Accountant, a plus
- Masters in Taxation, a plus
- Full-Time Position
- Excellent analytical, technical and tax accounting, technology skills, tax compliance and consulting for corporate tax matters and partnerships
- Supervision Experience
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Go-getter work ethic
- Candidate will be responsible for the preparation and review of various tax returns. Corporate, partnership and individual income tax returns.
- Candidate should have working experience in Domestic, International, Estate and Gift Tax areas
- Review and prepare disclosure forms as necessary.
- Quantify and document federal and state income tax liabilities for tax returns, extensions and estimated payments. Activities include quantifying book/tax adjustments, federal/state modifications and state apportionment.
- Review tax returns for accuracy, minimization of tax liability, available tax credits and tax provision.
- Respond to client inquires, Internal Revenue Service, State and local tax notices.
- Research tax questions and prepare memos.
