Software Technical Project Manager Co-Op

Summary Of Position

SharkNinja is seeking highly motivated Software Technical Project Manager (TPM) Co-Ops to join our team for Spring 2025. As a TPM Co-Op, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the development of our next generation of connected products across the Shark and Ninja ranges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, bridging gaps between disciplines to ensure seamless project execution and innovative product delivery.

Essential Functions

• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and mobile app teams to define project scopes and objectives.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to align with overall business goals.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and bottlenecks.
• Support the triage of technical issues, ensuring timely resolution without departmental silos.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation and progress reports.
• Promote a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.

Education And Experience

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Passionate about technology, project management, and product development.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycles and processes.
• Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary projects and cross-functional team environments is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
