Job Summary: Join our team as a Bartender where you will be an integral part of creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Bartender, you will showcase your skills in mixology, customer service, and attention to detail to ensure our patrons have a memorable visit. Responsibilities: - Craft and serve a variety of beverages with precision and creativity - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide menu recommendations and describe drink specials accurately - Take and process drink orders efficiently - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Monitor alcohol intake and comply with all legal regulations - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system proficiently - Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure seamless service flow Qualifications: - Proficiency in Aloha POS system is preferred - Experience in cash handling within a bar setting - Knowledge of banquet or event bartending is a plus - Familiarity with retail math for inventory management - Understanding of food safety standards and practices - Ability to brew various types of beverages - Experience in fine dining or upscale establishments is advantageous - Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and sales calculations If you are passionate about mixology, have excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to bring your expertise to our team as a Bartender.
