- Post, refresh and manage recruitment advertisements across job boards, utilising the organisations ATS.
- Implement strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates, supporting the company commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles, ensuring a ready pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Manage respective candidate pools & talent pipeline to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Employ proactive sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates, using innovative methods to reach potential hires.
- Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to ensure continuous engagement and interest the organisations ongoing job opportunities.
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, maintaining professionalism and timely communication throughout the process.
- Manage the internal referral program, encouraging employee participation and effectively screening and managing referred candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.
