- Establish and organize TBMaT confluence analysis and centralization of KT
- Communications Matrix Map out all the communications/output the team puts together (e.g monthly, weekly, CIO deck etc)
- Centralize workflow in Jira for the team Getting the team to use a unified way to track work so I can build some management dashboards
For Data Tech:
- Act as Scrum master across all my projects.
- Act as liaison for the India team and project manage tasks in India.
- Manage some of the projects across the data vertical.
- Establish standard processes for documentation, Jira, sprint planning and prioritization across data vertical.
