Aiken Medical Aesthetics is seeking a knowledgeable, skilled and dedicated Aesthetic Injector APP to join our team. As the Aesthetic Injector, you will administer all professional medical aesthetic treatments such as injectables, skin tightening, chemical peels, lasers, medical weight loss, and all other medical procedures offered (or to be offered) within the practice. You will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and delivering high-quality cosmetic treatments to patients in a safe and professional manner. The ideal candidate must possess a thorough knowledge of the skin, have excellent advanced practical hands-on knowledge and experience of all of the procedures/treatments and products offered in the practice, and be dedicated to patient satisfaction.

Position:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct proper detailed and thorough consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic goals and medical history.
• Provide patient education of the facial aging process, available treatment options.
• Provide expert recommendations on suitable treatments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer injections, skin tightening, chemical peels, and other medical procedures with precision and attention to detail, always prioritizing patient safety.
• Communicate processes, aftercare procedures, and be able to successfully set realistic expectations of outcomes with patients.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and expected results.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and maintain high standards of clinical practice.
• Monitor patients for potential side effects and complications, providing appropriate follow-up care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments and techniques.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Adhere to all protocols, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety are upheld.
• Must be willing to undergo advanced training in lasers, skin tightening, injectables, and all treatment protocols.
• Attend a minimum of 2 external trainings per year that are directly correlated to the business.
• Must be passionate about the field of medical aesthetics and committed to continuously increasing their knowledge and skill-set.
• Must be able to maintain a professional, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Must be flexible and willing to grow with a rapidly growing medical spa.
• Must be a team player and support management and peers, as well as business goals.
• Possess a natural eye for facial beauty aesthetics and be clinically skilled with delicate hands-on procedures.
• Must be comfortable participating in educational posts and entertaining reels with the team - an outgoing personality is a plus!

Qualifications:

• Prior aesthetics experience is preferred, though willing to thoroughly train the right candidate.
• Must hold and maintain a current South Carolina State license.
• Must meet any and all continuing education requirements required by the South Carolina Medical Board.
• Must exude excellent clinical skills and be able to provide the service and product knowledge necessary to effectively provide positive clinical outcomes.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to perform a thorough patient consultation.
• Basic computer skills and same day charting of patient records.
• Excellent work ethic - diligent, conscientious, driven, self-motivated, and coachable.

Compensation:

• $80,000 - $160,000 / year (Commensurate with medical aesthetics experience.)
• Productivity Bonus Potential
