Base Pay: $65,728.00 - $85,280.00 / yearJOB SUMMARYResponsible for the administration of the HRIS (HR Information System) maintenance, and data integrity; updating and maintaining job descriptions; assisting with the non-clinical recruitment process; orientation and new hire process, assisting with annual benchmarking and wage review processes in addition to policy revision. This position is also responsible for participating in employee relations incidents as well as providing coaching and resources to all levels of employees and management as needed. The Human Resources Generalist is expected to utilize independent judgment and discretionary decision making in addressing his/her responsibilities and tasks.
