Position Title: Regional Organizing Director Reporting Structure: Project Director Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $78,000, depending on experience and skill sets. RoleEthos Organizing is seeking a highly motivated Regional Organizing Director (ROD) to develop and lead a direct voter contact office. As a ROD, you will build local grassroots teams that will engage in door to door canvassing in order to speak with voters about progressive issues ahead of the 2024 election. Recruit, hire, train, and manager a team of organizers and canvassers
Collaborate with state leadership to develop and implement all components of a strategic canvassing program in a key area
Analyze daily and weekly reports to track progress to goals and implement rigorous quality control measures
Communicate and coordinate as needed with client and/or partners
Qualifications
All applicants must possess a laptop computer and cell-phone
Ability to set goals and deadlines for other people, and helped them meet those goals or deadlines
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Familiarity with advocacy or electoral campaigns
Familiarity with or excitement to learn the use of data to set goals and measure progress
Flexible and self-motivated to identify priorities and complete work without direct supervision
Knowledge of or experience with VAN is preferred
Staff management experience as a volunteer leader, organizer, or canvass manager is a plus!
