OR Charge Nurse

We are seeking an OR Charge Nurse to join our hospital team in McKinney, TX.

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will have experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, clinic settings, and possess strong skills in IV insertion, venipuncture, patient assessment, and vital signs monitoring.

Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the Operating Room
- Assist surgeons during operations and ensure a sterile environment
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assist with anesthesia administration
- Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Experience:
- Previous experience in an Operating Room setting is preferred
- Proficiency in IV insertion, venipuncture, and basic life support
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and critical care
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of OR protocols and patient care standards
