Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of active construction projects in accordance with corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Coordinate internal and external resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time within scope and budget
• Execute and track change orders related to a project
• Establish and maintain relationships with current and past customers and advise management of future construction plans, key personnel changes, and other factors affecting potential future sales
• Represent the company’s best interest in all project related dealings with owners, architects, engineers, supplier and sub-contractors.
• Provide leadership, training and instruction for other project team members.
• Keep supervisor advised of any developments, which may impact the profitability and schedule of projects.
• Support and become knowledgeable of pre-construction and construction services

Requirements:

• Background in commercial construction building practices
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Project)
• Self-motivator who can work well alone or in a team environment
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills are a must in order to work on various projects simultaneously
• Understands deadlines and has the motivation to complete tasks at hand
• Must be a great communicator

Preferred, not required:

• Knowledge of AutoCad software package
• PMP certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,621.00 - $115,060.00 per year
