She She Boutique is Hiring an Assistant Store Manager Near Los Gatos, CA

She She Boutique is hiring! We are looking for an experienced and motivated assistant store manager to join our team. The assistant store manager is responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing the sales team and driving sales by building customer relationships, understanding customer wants and needs and motivating sales associates to close sales and hit goals.

The store manager is the point person for all sales associates. They are responsible for assigning daily roles, monitoring the execution of those roles, and assigning projects as needed. This role is responsible for enforcing guidelines and employee rules on the sales floor. This person will also over see the staffing calendar along side the store manager.

The management of the sales floor also includes the merchandising of new product, changing mannequins and flipping location of product. Maintaining visual standards of keeping the store looking clean, organized, fresh and well managed is essential to this role.

Job Requirements:

  • Retail experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle boutique’s day-to-day operations
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of sales associates
  • Punctual
  • Friendly and self motivated
  • Basic computer skills, POS knowledge a plus
  • Passion for fashion

Job Type:

  • Full time (5 days/week), Tuesday- Saturday

Salary:

  • Based on experience, ranging starting at ~$20
