Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for residential remodeling projects, considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors.
• Obtain quotes from vendors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their remodeling needs, provide project updates, and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Oversee the execution of remodeling projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee project timelines and quality standards, ensuring they stay within budget.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial documentation to ensure profitability and transparency.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Conduct both office-related work and site visits.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience ( 3 years) in residential remodeling estimation is required.
• Deep understanding of the differences in estimating new construction versus remodels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office, and QuickBooks Online
• Familiarity with TRELLO or similar client relationship manager systems.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and financial management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of carpenters, designers, and subcontractors.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary at $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
• Bonus structure available.
• PTO.
• Hybrid/Flexible office schedule.
