Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Licensed Insurance CSR to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in clients, call-ins and electronic requests. You will be a member of our service team that supports all of our five locations.
Duties:
- Answer high volume of calls to agency and service the needs of the call
- Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Experience:
- Proven 3 years work experience as an Licensed CSR
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
