From our Uncapped Earning potential to our electric and supportive team, you are sure to find the career you have been looking for at Sheegog Contracting!Position: Outside Sales Project ManagerJob Type: Full-time - W4 (1099 Optional)Pay Schedule 1 - 10% DRAW ON DEPOSITS (ideal for experienced roof salesperson)Project Managers can earn 10% of a job's deposit. This is put in as a draw to the specific job and will be deducted from the final commission (Profit Sharing %).Pay Schedule 2 - ADJUSTMENT DRAWS (ideal for experienced roof salesperson)$600 per adjustment meeting not to exceed $4,800 a monthPay Schedule 3 - Profit sharing once job is completed range from 26% - 47% (this is based on experience)Pay Schedule 4 - 4 WEEK LEAD PAY WITH TRANSITION TO ADJUSTMENT DRAWS (ideal for new to industry)Weeks 1 & 2: $200 per Lead paid as commission Leads go to the Sales Leader (no further commission) Leads are not eligible for adjustment draws Weeks 3 & 4: $200 per Lead paid as a draw into a "bar tab" Leads are retained by the new hire Leads are eligible for adjustment draws Sales Leader Pay Schedule - CONGRATULATIONS ! Qualities, Characteristics, and Aptitude:
  • Prior In-Home Sales Experience highly preferred
  • Roofing or Construction Sales Experience highly desired
  • Team player atmosphere. Ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Confident. Passion to turn leads into customers and persistent determination.
  • Able to keep track of leads, calendar, and scheduling of inspections/appointments.
  • Motivated by others' success.
  • Self-starter, strong leadership skills, and desire to grow with the company.

  • Positive attitude.
Requirements:
  • Must speak fluent English.
  • Must live in or near the Central Florida area.
Physical Demands:Regularly required to sit, use hands, talk, hear, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb up and down ladders, navigate sloped roofing, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Summary:Outside Roofing Consultant (Sales) engage in sales and associated activities that will increase the number of jobs sold. They work as part of a team environment to collaborate with the inside sales team, sales manager, and production team to deliver the best customer service experience.Essential Job Duties:
  • Maximizes every opportunity with every lead.
  • Exceeds personal sales goals while demonstrating a customer-centered focus.
  • Develops strong product knowledge, as well as customer knowledge.
  • Maintains excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with teammates.
  • Works closely with the sales manager to maximize market outreach and opportunities.
  • Strictly adhere to your calendar and stay up to date on scheduled appointments
  • Completes inspections, advises homeowners of their options
  • Attends daily sales meetings and daily one-to-one meetings with inside sales
  • Generates leads through networking, referrals, calls, and canvassing.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
