Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
- Ensure accurate inventory management and control
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Implement and enforce OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments such to streamline operations
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques and inventory control principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Days: Sunday thru Thursday

Hours: 10am to 6:30pm or when finished
