Sheehy Auto Mall of Hagerstown is looking to hire BDC Associates! As a BDC Associate, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with customer leads received via Internet, phone, and visits to the dealership.

Outstanding customer service, organization, and follow-through are required.

Responsibilities

Managing Responses to internet sales leads, in a timely fashion.

and answering questions to obtain a response and earn the appointment.

• Follow up with customers and team members, return voicemails, respond to messages answering customers questions to earn the appointment.
• Setting appointments for customers from Internet leads, tracking goals and objectives defined by the Managers.
• Clearly and professionally document all customer feedback and information in CRM software
• Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communicative skills.
• Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of a department or business goal
• Must be able to read, write and type reports / correspondence.
• Customer service, sales, or telemarketing background helpful
• A positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to learn
• Computer literacy, organization skills, follow-up skills, typing skills
• Flexible availability, must be able to work some weekends.
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test
• Must have a valid driver's license
