Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is not afraid to use the phone to call patients to collect money that is owed to the company. Also not afraid to answer phones to go over account details with patients to explain why they owe money. We are looking for someone who is dependable and reliable and willing to put in the work.
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
-Phone etiquette - willing to answer phones and to make phone calls from/to patient's to collect money that is owed to the company.

- Dependability - arrives to work on time and for their scheduled shift every day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
