Our clients are businesses that own mortgage loans (such as banks and real estate investment firms). On their behalf, we manage (or “service”) their loan portfolios, which means that we collect homeowners’ mortgage payments, pay their tax and insurance bills, and help homeowners in default to get current.
Primary Function
The Print Communications Specialist is responsible for the review of various reconciliation reports, conducting quality assurance reviews of business letters, and creating manual ad-hoc letters.

Principal Duties
  • Daily review of various reconciliation reports related to the timely production and delivery of letters, statements, and other notices
  • Daily review of various reconciliation reports related to the timely imaging of letters, statements, and other notices
  • Conduct periodic and targeted quality assurance review of business letters
  • Letter related worklist management
  • Management of Outbound Communications tasks
  • Collaborate with other departments to create manual and ad-hoc letters and notices
  • Letter Library management – letter logic is properly documented, correct version of all active templates is present, and a recent version of production samples is available, etc
  • Participate in the daily letter review process, identifying and resolving letter production issues
  • Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned
  • Print and mail letters
  • Performs related duties as assigned by management
Education And Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of mortgage experience required
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements
  • Excellent written communication skills (grammar, spelling, and punctuation)
  • Some knowledge of SharePoint preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with frontline associates and management
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong research ability, understanding complex, multi-level, multi-source information
  • Excellent follow-up skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining highest quality performance
  • Ability to collaborate across various internal departments and external entities
