Title : Customer Relationship Representative

Department : Resident Relations

Reports To : Regional Operations Manager

Status : Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Compensation : $20-$23 / hr, depending on experience, qualifications, and certifications

Position Summary & Primary Responsibilities :

The customer Relationship Representative is responsible for effectively and professionally responding to inquiries from current, former, and future residents.

This position works closely with other Resident Relations Department team members as well as other Operational Departments to maintain the highest level of customer service.

In addition, this position is responsible for the following :

• Responds to phone calls, emails, and other communications from customers
• Creates and arranges for the distribution of important letters and notices to customers
• Maintains a consistent presence at site offices, utilizing a set schedule
• Receives, reports, and follows up on maintenance repairs reported by customers
• Refers complicated customer complaints to Resident Relations Generalists and Specialists
• Assists customers in understanding and learning to use technologies provided to them
• Assists in planning and implementing community events, including National Night Out
• Acts as backup or additional support for other members of the Resident Relations

Department as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service or office administrative experience
