RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the sales team through coaching, mentoring and personally producing new Life Insurance and Property & Casualty policies.
- Team with the Agent to create a high-performance sales culture.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.
- Be a Team Player; lead by example and ensure that all team members understand their roles and prioritize the customer's and agency's needs.
- Must have a great attitude each day.
- Always display a professional appearance.
- CURRENT LIFE INSURANCE LICENSE
- CURRENT PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSE
- Ability to prioritize our customer's needs & the agency's goals above all else
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in customer service required
- Experience in managing customer service preferred
- Experience in sales RERQUIRED
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Able to work in and manage a team environment
- Able to work 40 hours per week, as needed
- Experience in Windows computer applications
- Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
- Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and to manage stressful situations smoothly
