Position Summary: The Maintenance Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. This hands-on role requires a proactive individual who can travel frequently to various company sites and perform a wide range of maintenance tasks. As a utility person, you will be the go-to for resolving maintenance issues, conducting inspections, and coordinating repair activities.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay: TBD

Essential Functions:

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of external contractors and service providers.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, providing efficient and effective solutions.
• Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Travel to various company sites to perform maintenance duties and support local teams as needed.
• Provide training and support to site personnel on basic maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a hands-on maintenance role, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to travel frequently to various company locations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor and indoor settings.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
