The Student Success Coach will assist student’s transition from high school to college through regular meetings utilizing a curriculum focused on addressing typical hindrances to successful completion of a college degree. The coach will create a personalized plan for success for each student and will guide students through the campus resources available to them.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree required.
Oral and written skills, use of technology, and experience with Banner, Ellucian, BrightSpace, Beacon, RamPulse, or other equivalent systems, and knowledge of University systems and policies.
Appointment to this position will be contingent upon a satisfactory background check.
