Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Hotel Manager in managing all aspects of the hotel operations
- Coordinate front desk activities, including check-ins and check-outs
- Oversee guest relations and resolve any issues promptly
- Support human resources functions such as staff scheduling and training
- Assist in revenue management strategies to optimize profitability
- Conduct night audits and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and service throughout the hotel
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a resort or hotel setting
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of revenue management practices to drive profitability
- Familiarity with human resources procedures within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure
