We are looking to recruit professional and reliable part time Security Officers to staff a high end property in our growing portfolio of assignments. The selected individuals will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.
Shift: 22:00 to 06:00 Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Responsibilities:
• Read and implement post orders for the site in question
• Carry a smartphone to link to Shergroup systems
• Monitor premises to prevent trespass, theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function, safety and security
• Warn violators of premises rules and regulations
• Complete well structured Daily Activity Reports
• Prepare Incident Reports on persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts or other activities which fall within this category
• Follow reporting procedures to local law enforcement
• Report any facility issues
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
Qualifications:
• Strong customer service skills to interact with clients and their staff
• Must have Florida State D License – which must be presented prior to interview
• Must have 2 Years of strong security officer experience
• Be willing to use technology as part of role
• Be able to write detailed Daily Activity and Incident Reports
• Must be physically fit as the role involves on foot patrol duties
• Must come to site in clean and smart uniform and be well groomed
