Shermco US is hiring a Motor Field Service Technician
Motor Field Service Technician

The Motor Field Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and installation of electric motors and related equipment at customer sites. The technician will work independently or as part of a team to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of electric motors and related equipment at customer sites
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with motors and related equipment
• Provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electric motor repair and maintenance
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
