- Perform initial collection and follow-up receivable pursuit contact calls to assist in the collection of delinquent outstanding receivables, and documents the status of such pursuits.
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Continuing to improve the receivables process.
- Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts receivable.
- Bachelor's degree in business or accounting desired but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Experience using QuickBooks systems beneficial.
- Working knowledge of Excel is required.
- Must be a full-time employee (30 weekly hours/ 130 hours per month) to be eligible
- Medical plan offered is BCBSNC Blue Options PPO
- Premiums will be pre-taxed
- Sherpa pays a portion of the Employee only premium for medical
- 90 day waiting period from date of hire
- Medical, Dental, and Vision plans
