Sherwin-Williams is Hiring a MARKETING- Team Leader Near East Hartford, CT

ResponsibilitiesCORE RESPONSIBILITY
  • Scheduling: Manage Daily work flow of all cases and Tasks coming in from the RSM’s and scheduling them accordingly
  • Interface to RSM’s and Field for the Design Center: Manage expectations and communicate
  • Assisting visitors to the Design Center to choose samples
  • Establish/maintain KPI’s for Design Center
  • Responsible for Reporting Daily/Weekly progress to Senior level management
  • Discuss Goals with each Team member and provide opportunity to achieve said goals
  • Responsible for pulling standard samples and literature orders and shipping them to customers
  • Responsible for creation/maintenance of SOP’s for Design Center
  • Responsible for writing the annual and mid year appraisals for design center sample employee
  • Coaches employees daily
  • Key decision maker in the samples design center
  • Influencer with GSC leadership at the East Hartford Plant
  • Hires sample designer when a vacancy occurs
QualificationsFORMAL EDUCATION:
Required:
  • High school education
Preferred:
  • Advanced education (Trade school, Associates or Bachelors degree)
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
  • Understanding of system builds with resinous flooring products
Preferred:
  • Application techniques for resinous flooring products
  • Basic understanding of floor system chemistries
