This is a Full Time position.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of financial concepts
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately maintain monthly bookwork, as well as completing necessary forms and returns
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn office procedures in various areas of business operations
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Duties:

• Complete bookkeeping and payrolls for multiple clients
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
• Greet clients in the office and direct them appropriately
• Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to input and organize financial data
• Use Excel and Microsoft Word to manage client records
• Assist with packaging tax returns for clients and electronically filing them
• Potentially learn to complete tax returns
• Other tasks as necessary

Applicant will work up to 40 hours a week, M-F, depending on work load
