Responsibilities:

Maintain organized records of incoming and outgoing mail.

Assist with coordinating courier services as needed.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately.

Sort and distribute mail to appropriate recipients within the organization.

Ensure all mail is processed in a timely manner and according to company procedures.

Monitor and replenish mailroom supplies as necessary.

Handle inquiries and requests related to mail services promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding mail handling and confidentiality.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
