Job Summary

An IT Collaboration Lead is primarily involved in defining event scope, Resources, planning, documenting steps and timelines, and overseeing the overall program for Key events such as Summits, and events coordinating the Telco and AV services. Within this role the incumbent will have interactions with the EBC, IT SLT, external customers at varied venues on and off site. This resource will collaborate with resources in EBC, Marketing, and IT and assist in the coordination and execution of SHI events.

This position is required to report to the SHI Somerset, NJ office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities

Include but not limited to:

• Defining the project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Developing detailed project plans, including scheduling project timelines and tasks using appropriate tools.
• Directing and managing IT Resources and Schedules for events and Summits from start to finish, while ensuring that projects are completed smoothly and in a timely manner.
• Managing the project’s budget, tracking project milestones, and making necessary adjustments when needed.
• Coordinating with the sales team, engineers, and installation teams to ensure project requirements are being met.
• Providing reports and updates to stakeholders on the status of the project.
• Managing and mitigating project risks, and solving any project-related issues.
• Ensuring the installed AV/Telco systems meet the client’s needs and requirements.
• Maintaining high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship management.
• Coordinating training for the end-user on the use of the installed AV/Telco system including Pod Cast rooms and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required
• 5 Years of project management or IT service delivery experience required
• 5 years of working with AV logistics and engineering required
• 3 years of customer facing AV experience preferred
• Experience coordinating, scheduling, and aligning AV run-of-shows, resources, etc.

• Strong analytical skills to resolve complex Logistics and technical problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and end-users.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and content as well as technologies to learn new skills.
• Efficient in managing time and prioritizing tasks, especially when managing multiple support tickets or projects.
• A solid technical background, outstanding project management skills, and a keen understanding of the AV/Telco industry’s trends and standard.

Additional Information

• The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
