Commercial Painter

Shiel Sexton Services understands the importance of managing facilities maintenance needs and provides customers with a one-stop shop for all maintenance and service needs around the clock. The Commercial Painter is responsible for carrying out painting tasks for outside customers as well as Shiel Sexton real estate. Additional responsibilities include:

• Upholds good rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, and suggesting improved techniques or methods.
• Delivers responsive, high quality service.
• Documents service actions by completing forms, reports, or logs.
• Maintains supplies by keeping personal equipment operating.
• Complying with the company protocol and safety regulations/procedure at all times.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Knowledge/Experience of commercial/residential painting.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to respond to clients, vendors and team members after work hours and weekends on a need basis is required.
• Ability to communicate well with customers and supervisors .
