Duties

• Responsible for overseeing the development of capital infrastructure projects which are generally stormwater related.
• Responsible for managing the completion of engineering projects including the preparation, planning, scheduling and budgeting of capital improvement projects.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors, city officials, the public, agencies, consultants, contractors, etc.
• Manage and review consultant plans, organize public meetings, as well as review contracts and invoices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Applicant must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
• Preferably have taken and passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam.
• Strong time-management skills with excellent technical capabilities.
• Ability to work well under the Engineering Manager and provide excellent customer service.
