Shield Roof Solutions designs and produces custom roof structures for use with shipping containers. It’s a new and exciting market where our customers are using containers for an ever-increasing array of projects. Primary duties and responsibilities:

● Answer inbound calls

● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

● Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

● Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

● Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

● Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

● Ensure that all company contact is managed professionally and promptly

● Basic marketing, participate in marketing feedback, creation, and planning

● Record and submit custom quote requests

● CRM entries and updates

● Respond to routine e-mails, website inquiries and social media messages

● Process new orders

● Quoting

● Individuals may be assigned other duties outside of their day-to-day activities which support the overall success of Shield Roof Solutions

​Qualifications:

● Previous experience in customer service or sales support

● Familiarity with CRM platforms, common applications and basic computer operation

● Ability to build rapport with clients

● Strong work ethic

● Organized and detail-oriented

● Adaptable to frequent changes

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be fluent in English

● Friendly

● Intelligent

● High school graduate or equivalent

This is a remote part-time position and possible full-time in the future
