Legal Intern:

The legal intern will work in a full/part-time capacity and provide support to the legal team on a daily basis. The intern willbe required to review various legal matters, including memorandum, contracts and other documents. The intern will also be tasked with assisting with administrative processes and procedures, including contract management systemsand other operational tasks. 

Desired Skills and Experience:

Strong oral and written communication skills.Superior grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills.Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.Working knowledge of Microsoft 360 suite, primarily Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

Ability to work with legal documentsKnowledge of the digital marketing and IT law preferred
